Cancer Inglisensis

One bad choice, and Ethan Nguyen put himself right in the middle of his greatest fear.

Okay, maybe two bad choices. Three?

Whatever, bruh. Ethan now finds himself stuck doing community service in the worst place in the world–a hospital–worrying about all the germs, viruses, and other nasties he could catch in a place like this.

It’s all so, so much worse than he ever imagined…

Loosely inspired by “Caterpillars” by E.F. Benson, Cancer Inglisensis is a short(ish) story set in the Barrow City world. You don’t need to have read anything else B.C. to follow it but, if you have, you might catch a familiar face or place here and there!
